Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

Most iineon products are custom-made or made to order. After your order is placed, we may need time to confirm order details, prepare the design, produce the sign, complete quality inspection, and arrange shipment.

Order processing time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard 1–2 business days
Express 1–2 business days

Most Express orders are processed within 1 business day. However, larger signs, waterproof signs, UV printed signs, or orders requiring additional production checks may require up to 2 business days for processing.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has been shipped and the carrier has received the package.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

For some international shipments, tracking may update after the package arrives at the destination country or is scanned by the local delivery carrier.


Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using different carriers depending on the destination, package size, product type, and selected shipping method.

Carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other reliable local or international delivery partners.


Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@iineon.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, remote area fees, or other carrier-related charges may apply depending on your country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country or carrier.


Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, weather conditions, carrier delays, peak season volume, incorrect address information, oversized packages, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will do our best to assist with tracking and delivery issues, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our control.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@iineon.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product, the issue, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.

Shipping damage, visible defects, or incorrect items reported more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted as arrival-related claims.
